Who is Pete and what is he presenting?
Pete Szumowski somehow completed a stand-up tour around the world which lasted 409 days. It was spread across 5 continents, occured in 3 languages and was seen in over 30 countries at more than a dozen comedy festivals. He has now returned to the land where it all began- Warsaw city. "Pete presents" is a monthly English comedy event where Pete Szumowski invites comics from all around the world. He presents and they perform- what else do You need?
This time the main act is... Damian Clark. Ireland's adopted Aussie Damian Clark has become one of the hottest tickets in the Irish & UK comedy clubs. Clark has been featured in Republic of Telly, The Savage Eye, Katherine Lynch's Wonder Women, Comedy Central's Seann Walsh World, The Apprentice: You're Fired! plus wrote & co-starred in RTE2's I Dare Ya! which became the highest rating Irish comedy debut to date. Alongside touring, Damian co-hosts the online weekly talk show SportsJOELive which is in the top 10 items trending in Ireland every Wednesday night. Clark's last five solo show runs at the Edinburgh Fringe completely sold out and his uplifting standup continues to tour clubs & festivals the world over. Hilariously surreal...well-wrought set delivered with brio and huge charm...Amazing.
